AI Consultancy
Build an AI strategy that actually moves your business forward
We help leadership teams cut through the noise around AI: what actually creates value, what to build first, and how to get there without wasting budget on the wrong bets.

Our Clients
What we do
Not every business needs a chatbot, and not every workflow should be automated. We start by looking at your actual operations (sales, support, finance, delivery) and figure out where AI can genuinely save time, cut cost, or bring in more revenue.
You walk away with a clear, prioritized roadmap, not a slide deck full of buzzwords. Your team knows exactly what to build, in what order, and why it's worth the investment. It's the same audit-first process we used to build DEXA, our own AI product for real estate.

From Strategy to Business Impact
Three stages. The same delivery discipline we've applied across 14+ years of software projects, just aimed at AI this time.
Discovery & opportunity mapping
We audit your current workflows, tools, and data to find where AI creates real value, and where it honestly doesn't.
Roadmap & business case
A prioritized plan with realistic timelines, budget ranges, and expected ROI for each opportunity. Vendor-neutral, with no lock-in.
Implementation partner
If you want to build, our automation team can take the roadmap and run with it. Or we hand it to your internal team with full documentation, whichever works better for you.

Common questions
Honestly, it depends on scope. A focused workflow audit is usually the fastest place to start, while a full roadmap covering multiple departments takes longer. We'll give you a realistic estimate after the first discovery call, before you commit to anything.
No. The roadmap is yours to take anywhere, to your internal team or another vendor. Most clients do choose to have our automation team build it out since we already understand the context, but there's no obligation either way.
Yes, and honestly, messy or scattered data is one of the most common starting points we see, not a dealbreaker. Part of discovery is figuring out what state your data and systems are actually in, and that shapes what we recommend first.
Our engagements are built around taking repetitive, low-judgement work off people's plates, not replacing them. Most clients use the time that frees up to grow the revenue-generating work their team never had capacity for before.
Then that's exactly what we'll tell you. Part of the point of a vendor-neutral audit is getting an honest answer, even when it's "not yet." We'd rather you trust the recommendation than have us sell you something you don't need.
Consultancy is the strategy and roadmap: figuring out what's worth building and why. Automation is the hands-on build. Plenty of clients start with consultancy and move into automation once the roadmap's set. Others already know exactly what they need and go straight to automation.
Not sure where to start? Let's map it out together.
A short discovery call is usually enough to tell you whether AI is worth pursuing right now, and where.
