Gulf Research Meeting is an academic conference platform providing information about research sessions, workshops, and collaboration opportunities. The goal was to create a structured, user-friendly website with seamless event registration and resource access.

The project began with an in-depth analysis of conference management platforms. Based on research, wireframes and UI mockups were designed using Figma to optimize navigation and accessibility.

The website features a professional, responsive design ensuring smooth access across devices. Tailwind CSS was used for styling, providing a clean and modern interface.

A registration and login system was implemented using JWT authentication. Secure payment gateways were integrated for event registrations and membership fees.

SEO optimization was prioritized to enhance visibility and engagement.

Managing large-scale academic data was a challenge. Optimized database queries and caching improved performance. Implementing a seamless user registration process was another priority, solved through an intuitive multi-step form.

Gulf Research Meeting is now a fully functional, accessible, and scalable conference management platform that facilitates academic networking and collaboration.
